Matt will walk again!

During one fateful day I fell and ended up breaking 4 bones in my left foot.  Without any kind of health insurance I was hesitant to go see a doctor.   After reasearching what could happen if I did not go through with any treatment I decided to see an orthopedic doctor. It was determined that it was a very serious injury, and I needed surgery to repair the bones in my foot and I will be out of work for 2 months.  

     Upon informing my job that it will be about two months before I can return to work they decided that they couldn't wait for me to heal and let me go from my position.  

     These funds will be used to help pay for my medical treatment, cover expenses needed to help get to and from my doctors appointments, and help me continue to pay for my bills while I am healing.
